Xavier Zang

Xavier Zang has served as the first-ever President of Powered by Zip (PbZ) since 2013. He is responsible for all aspects of PbZ operations. In this role, he draws on more than 20 years of experience in the software and professional services sectors, most recently at Microsoft. He earned his M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Bob Purcell joined ZipRealty in 2014 as Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing efforts for both ZipRealty's owned-and-operated brokerage business as well as Powered by Zip. He brings a wealth of marketing, brand-building and e-commerce experience across a variety of industries, including E-LOAN, GreenPoint Mortgage, FICO, KeyPoint Credit Union and Dunkin' Donuts.

Jake Lyman has served in a variety of roles at ZipRealty since 1999, most recently as Director of Solution Architecture. His primary focus is facilitating the successful delivery and use of the PbZ platform by brokers, agents and customers. He also serves as Account Manager, working primarily with the Western half of the US. Jake is a lifelong resident of the San Francisco Bay Area.

He brings over 30 years of technical account management experience and three years of experience as a Realtor®, most recently at RE/MAX in Atlanta, GA.

Debi Williams

Debi Williams has served as the head of Partnerships & Training at ZipRealty since 2012, and before that worked as a Training Manager and Content Lead since 2006. She's passionate about getting agents up-to-speed on the PbZ platform technology and enjoys helping partners understand how the tools will help them grow their business. Originally from Ohio, Debi now lives in sunny Scottsdale, AZ.
